  3. Seldom, I've run in barefoot-mood on the beach, but I haven't clear the landscape about it.
    Coaches say that can hurt the backbone, but from time to time, it is common on training of lifeguards, especially for triathlons. Other problems are glass pieces or nails.
    If the trend continues, the shoe-manufacturing companies should be in trouble lol!
