I want a few of those cheese crackers right now...I also keep candles around each room. The soy let off a fragrance even if you do not burn them, so I agree it helps relax you when things smell nice...like after you cook something good and the smell lingers...

This looks like a yummy and easy snack. I love all combinations of cheese and cucumber. And the smell of cucumber always reminds me of summer, so refreshing! But I hate to smell anything while sleeping. If the smell is so intense, I can't even fall asleep.
And for me, 2010 sounds like a quote from a science fiction movie. I can't believe it's that close.

Interesting about the scents and sleep. I do remember Alexis and I were watching a show on Discovery and they said that 4 of the 5 senses go through a processing part of the brain, but smells do not. That might explain why smells are so vital to enjoying food and can evoke memories so strongly.
