I much appreciate all the good vibes I’ve received, in every social way possible, of my last post why I needed a forced offline for a week. Big thank you to everyone!! Although I ended with the antibiotics, I’m not still totally recovered and next week, I’ve some other analysis.

Just for curiosity-news I’m trying also an herb called here “the stone” to boost the health of my throat. I hope it’ll solve this episode, so I can return to a normal routine, including my trainings which I’m forgetting.

Well now straight to the weekly roundup:

The Best of the Week is a series of roundup-articles published every week, touching principally themes related to food, blogging and social media.

I’m not much of a banana fan so maybe I’ll try to find out more about Banana Ambrosia Baked Pudding. Its interesting that some of the good foods which I don’t like much already sounds so good.
